We’re looking for volunteers for Sanctuary 2017 to join our friendly crew.

We can contribute towards your travel expenses (see below) and will also be providing delicious food for those able to volunteer for a full day or more. The site is beautiful and there’s the opportunity for walking and river swimming  (if the weathers good) and just hanging out and enjoying the atmosphere.

 

There’s a variety of roles for volunteers on Sat 23rd:
Stewarding
Helping artists with their work
Decorating the site
Greeting the public and directing them to the installations
Putting up lights and setting up venues such as The Dark Star Lounge
Helping with car parking and camping

• Doing a shift of 2 or 3 hours would be really appreciated and there’ll be plenty of time for you to check out installations and events.
• If you’re able to come and help for the whole of Saturday that would be great and you’ll also get food.

If you can come a day early than you’ll be able to help with building the site, getting artists installed, writing signs etc. If you can stay until Sunday we’re always grateful for a hand clearing the site.

Travel expenses. We will contribute towards travel expenses for volunteers. We do have a limit to the funds we have, so if you are travelling to Sanctuary from further than a 50 mile radius from the site then we can’t guarentee that we can cover everything – though we will do our best!
